St. Clements Castle Wedding/ Portland, Ct

My favorite moment from Erica and Will’s wedding was hearing Will’s reaction after seeing Erica walk down the isle to him. With the biggest smile on his face he just kept saying “wow” (my heat melted)! I never get tired of moments like this. Its already such a powerful moment, and Will’s reaction made it all the more powerful and so sweet. I myself had to hold my tears back!!

This whole day was such a blast! I’ve known Erica and some of her bridesmaids since high school and even photographed some of their weddings too! It makes it like a little reunion and makes my job even more fun! But I didn’t know Will till their engagement session! And it was so nice getting to know him and Erica as a couple and see how they click. They are both so sweet and they were so willing to go with any idea I had!

Their wedding day was just beautiful! We were a tad worried at one point about the possibility of rain! And the ceremony location at St. Clements Castle has a fantastic view that looks over the CT river ! But thankfully it didn’t rain till later that night!! Along with the views, Erica had the cutest details and the most amazing dress which she got from Michele A Bridal Boutique in Westbrook, CT. ! It was a gorgeous lace dress with an opening in the back beautiful detail on the front! It fit her perfectly, I swear this dress was made for her!! She rocked it!!

Thank you Erica and Will both so much for allowing me to be part of your day!! You guys are so much fun and just the best!! I wish you both so much happiness!
